ANC Students wishing to apply to American and Canadian Universities
within the PresNet membership, should follow the steps below.
All Students are encouraged to begin this process at the end
of their third term (or 1 year prior to the date that they
wish to transfer).
Students wishing to apply to Universities outside of PresNet
's membership should visit the website of the University,
download the application, and follow that University's directions.
You will find a list of PresNet members here.
You will find information on non-member Universities at CollegeSearchUSA.
HOW TO TRANSFER TO PRESNET MEMBER UNIVERSITIES :
Application Form
- Complete this Application Form ( 2003
PresNet APPLICATION ). Be Sure to Complete Every Section.
Write "N/A" if a Question Does
Not Apply to You.
- There is an Application Fee of $50 USD that must accompany
your application. This fee will cover institution application
fees, processing, and any mailing costs incurred.
Accompanying Documentation
- Secondary Transcripts (Stamped or Signed by the Secondary
School or Schools)
- SAT Test Results (If you have taken the SAT)
- TOEFL Test Results
- Any Additional University-level Transcripts or Standardized
Test Results
- 3 Recommendations from ANC Professors or Secondary Teachers
Financial Forms
- Bank Statement

- (If you
will be using funds from multiple sources, include multiple
financial forms, bank statements, and accompanying letters
from sponsors stating their relationship to you and their
intent to use available funds for your education.)
ANC Transcripts
- ANC Students will receive transcripts from Patten University
in Oakland, California. Please complete the Patten
University Transcript Request Form and forward it to
Patten University with $5 USD.
- The Form should request that your transcript be sent to
PresNet.
- The Form and Payment should be sent to: Patten University,
2433 Coolidge Ave., Oakland, CA 94601.
- The Transcript should be sent to: PresNet, P.O. Box 5035,
Anderson, SC 29623.
Choosing Your University
- PresNet will provide guidance to ensure that you apply
to the best University possible, with the highest likelihood
of acceptance, at the lowest cost, in the best location
for you. The goal is to create the best match possible.
- Once your file is complete, we will provide you with a
list of choices. You will select your first preference,
and will attempt to gain admission. Should you not be accepted
to your first choice, we will continue to work with you
exploring other options and opportunities.
- Once you are accepted, the University will forward your
I-20, you will set up appointments with the American or
Canadian embassy to gain your Visa, and you will arrange
travel to the University.
- Should a Visa be denied, please contact PresNet for additional
steps that can be taken to reapply, apply to additional
countries, or to find other education alternatives.

Payments to
PresNet may be made via Money Order, Cashiers Check, Bank
Draft, Wired Transfer, or Credit Card. You may contact amy@presnet.net
